Anne McKenny holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and was one of the first people in Northern Ireland to be trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has practised for some 30 years.<\/p>\n
On top of this she has lectured extensively at Universities and been involved in supervision and CBT training for medical students and practitioners throughout her career.<\/p>\n
She is a member of BABCP and a European Accredited Consultant in EMDR with the EMDR All-Ireland Association. She was made a Florence Nightingale Scholar for research into the treatment of Eating Disorders in Europe and North America.<\/p>\n
